You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it by shipping it, at your own expense, to FSANA at 3111 Arcadia Avenue, Allentown, PA 18103, or, if so directed by FSANA, to FSANA’s third party agent. If FSANA elects to use one or more third party agent(s) for this purpose, the contact information for that agent or those agents will be added to this webpage. Any returned product must be “like new”, in the same condition it was in when purchased.
Please include the original packaging and a copy of the receipt (you should keep the receipt after you purchase the product). You are entitled to a refund equal to the amount you paid for the product or a credit against another product sold through the FSANA Website (the Site) equal to or less than the amount you paid for the product. When you return the product, please indicate whether you wish to receive a refund or to apply the credit to the purchase of another product sold through the Site. If the latter, please identify the other product. The credit will be applied to that product and, provided the credit pays for the new item in full, the product will be shipped to you (and any remaining refund will be credited to you).
If the available credit does not pay for the new item in full, you will be contacted with regard to paying the balance of the purchase price for the new item. Please note that shipping charges and/or special handling charges will not be credited upon the return of your item(s). Further, if you apply the credit from the returned product to a new product, additional shipping charges and/or special handling charges may apply and may be due from you in order for the product to be shipped to you. Refunds will generally be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment (for example, if the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on the same credit card).
You can receive a refund on your annual membership payment subject to the following terms and conditions. The refund must be requested by contacting FSANA at 610-791-4359 within 30 days of the membership payment being received by FSANA. The amount to be refunded to you will be equal to the annual membership payment made by you reduced by a service fee of $25.00. Refunds will generally be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment (for example, if the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on the same credit card). No refund of the membership payment is available after 30 days have passed since the membership payment was received by FSANA.
Events conducted by FSANA (such as but not limited to the annual conference, webinars, seminars and other in-person or electronically-hosted FSANA events) are subject to refund policies specific to each such event. The FSANA refund policies relating to each such event will be included in the brochures, program announcement materials and other public information promoting each such event.
Charges for programs and any other events conducted by member Fight Schools and not by FSANA (such as but not limited to AeroCamp, AeroChapters, and other programs and events sponsored by each such Flight School) are governed by the refund policies of the sponsoring Flight School. Information regarding the refund policies for any such charges may be obtained from the sponsoring Flight School.
