Cookies, Web Beacons and Tracking

FSANA collects personal identifiable information (PII) and data relating to your use of our online services through the use of cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels and other technology-based platforms. Cookies are small text files that your Web browser places on your computer’s hard drive. Web beacons are a small piece of computer code that are embedded in Web pages.

The PII collected by cookies, web beacons and other technology based platforms may include and not be limited to your URL (your Uniform Resource Locator), your IP address (your Internet Protocol Address) and your ISP (your Internet Service Provider). These tools also enable FSANA to identify the date and time you viewed our site, the pages you viewed and the links you clicked on. Cookies and web beacons do not collect personal information in the manner of your name, postal address, phone number, or birth date, but the URL, IP and ISP information can be used to identify you electronically and communicate with you and thus is referred to as PII. This PII may be used and shared by us in the same manner as your personal information.

If you do not want this PII to be collected, you should be able to disable cookies on your web browser. The site may also include prompts reminding you that your continued browsing of that site constitutes your acceptance of cookies. If you do not want this PII to be collected you may also choose not to browse the site.

Please note that if you refuse to accept cookies from the site, the performance of the site may be adversely affected including your ability to access certain features on the site. Short-term cookies typically expire after they have fulfilled their purpose. Our sites may also now or in the future include long-term cookies which may continue in place for an extended period of time (an example of a long-term cookie would be a long-term cookie that would remember your member section username and password for you so that you would not have to type it in each time; while that capability has not been included in the site initially [it is likely available from your browser], it may be added at a later date).

We may use third party advertising companies in conjunction with the site to serve ads when you visit our site. These companies may use the PII collected about you but will not use your name, address or phone number in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you on this site or other sites.

There are times when FSANA will share this PII with third party suppliers including but not limited to Google. FSANA uses Google Analytics to track and better understand our members’ and visitors’ activity on our online services.

Some email messages sent by FSANA to members, non-members and other customers will be tracked so that FSANA can determine what the recipient does with that email. FSANA may use this information to enhance its products and services to our members. This information will not be sold or disclosed outside of FSANA.

Security Safeguards

FSANA will do everything reasonably possible to provide you with a safe and secure online experience. To the extent that is within FSANA’s control, we deploy and implement reasonable procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security and confidentiality. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any information, including personal information, that you transmit to us over the internet and any such transmission is at your own risk.

Credit Card Safety

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is also important to us. For card transactions we process, we use Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. TLS is an Internet encryption technology, and a method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our Web site servers. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to participating merchants.

To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit sensitive information, check the document for your browser for indication of a TLS connection (most browsers utilize an unbroken or closed padlock). Verify that TLS is active before submitting sensitive information to our server. To double-check, verify that the TLS or Address line of your browser for our site begins with "https."

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your username, password and computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Your Right to Access, Correct, and Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to ask us which personal information we hold about you. In addition, you have the right to correct or delete personal information we hold about you. If you want to request a correction or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, you must contact us at privacy@fsana.com, or by telephone at 610-791-4359 .

Governing Law

This policy is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard for its conflict of laws principles.
